What are the best practices for Gravwell AX (Auto-Extractor) permissions?

I have a team with several groups. How should I setup AX permissions?

Answer

While there can be many ways to setup an Auto-Extractor for a tag there is usually a "best" way or at least one that is recommended. If admins don't want users creating their own extractors they need to set one extractor as the golden version. For these admins should create the AX and set the access to Everyone.
